"We had a ton of water seep in after that huge drop of snow in Feb 2021. Like many flat roofs, ice dams formed at the tops of the downspouts. And when the warmth from the house began to melt the snow, it found a way in where the ice had pulled apart the seams around the scupper boxes. Obviously, this is Chicago and you don't know how good roof work is until it's faced a full winter. So I will certainly repost if I have any problems in the next year.
